Terms of service

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or continuing to use Kaide, you agree to these terms. If you are using Kaide on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you are using Kaide as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract.

Kaide provides a managed website and a private growth workspace, including automated and human-assisted work on your website, lead handling tools, reporting, and an AI assistant. The specific inclusions are those listed on your plan at the time you subscribe.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account and by the users you invite into your organisation.

You must not use Kaide to:

(a) break any law or regulation, or publish unlawful content; (b) commit fraud, send spam, or engage in deceptive marketing; (c) infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; (d) upload malware, probe, scan or test the security of the platform, bypass technical limits, or scrape the service; (e) resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the platform; or (f) publish content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful.

You are responsible for the content, instructions and prompts you submit, for confirming you have the rights to any material you provide, and for reviewing anything published to your website.

Kaide uses AI to draft website copy, briefs, recommendations and messages. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and is not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving output before it is published or relied upon. We may filter, refuse or remove output and content, restrict features, or suspend accounts where use breaches these terms. Rights holders may contact us to request removal of infringing material, and we may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

You keep ownership of your brand, your content and your domain, and you grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to deliver the service. We retain all ownership of the Kaide platform, its software, documentation and branding. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

Work that changes your public website is prepared by Kaide and published according to the approval settings on your account. Where a change requires your approval, it is not published until you approve it.

We work to keep Kaide available and accurate, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of defects, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Setup fees are charged once. Plan fees are charged in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you confirm your order.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We may suspend or terminate your access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. On termination you may request an export of your content for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date.
