This page describes the structure of Kaide's privacy commitments. It is a working draft and will be replaced with the reviewed legal text before general availability.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email), the business information you enter during onboarding, files you upload, and the activity records Kaide generates as it works on your behalf.
Why we collect it
To build and maintain your website, to operate your workspace, to prepare reports and recommendations, and to support you.
Who can see it
Members of your own organisation, and the Kaide team members responsible for delivering your service. Your data is never shared with another Kaide customer.
Where it is stored
In managed cloud infrastructure, with access enforced at the database layer so records cannot be read outside the organisation they belong to.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
